PLEASE CAN ALL NEW CUSTOMERS PAY ONLINE AT TIME OF BOOKING
Over the past few days I have been let down 5 times with new bookings not showing up or cancelling at the last minute without paying. I know it is only £6 to you, but to me and a small business, it can make all the difference between being able to offer a good service and nice field (without putting my prices up) or not.
My website mentions this on numerous occasions, as do our terms and conditions (which you agree to at time of booking).
The terms and conditions also state that I need 24hr cancellation notice please.
Sorry for the moan and thank you for your understanding.
