Due to yet another new customer no show for a 70 minute session (on a busy weekend where I could have filled the slot 3 times over) – please be advised that new customers will be asked to pay for their appointments up front.

If booking online, please use the Paypal option or I will provide you with my bank details if making a phone or facebook booking.

Likewise, as per my terms and conditions, cancellations of less than 12 hours for existing customers will still be charged for (unless I fill the slot in short notice).
